Help with using artwork for a 4*6 map...

Hello.  My mother/daughter  created a watercolor map to use for my wedding invitation.  I am *trying* to make it fit into the printers template with bleed. I am not an Illustrator user, but was hoping someone could help me create a file to email back to the printer...  I thought I did it but am unable to get the document to send since it is so large.

@Catherine1549 Well, the dimensions of the map are 5.51 x 7.52 with the white border all around. So to fit that onto a 4 x 6 template, something has to give. You will end up with a lot of white space top and bottom like this (low res example attached for review only.) And if you want a white border left and right then continue to extend to the bleed line. You don't need Illustrator, you can do it in Acrobat. Or perhaps you can explain this to the printer and ask them to size the art you have to the 4x6  template accordingly.

I've sized your PDF at full resolution with the size above. The bleed is the .13 (.125) added to the 4 x 6. I hope that will work for you! And congratulations on your upcoming wedding. Enjoy!

Note: FYI, I didn't add more white area to the left and right sides so the artwork is going to be cropped all around to 4x6, depending on if this is a stand-alone piece or part of a booklet. If you want that extra white space on the  L/R edges, add more margin to the width, plus the bleed. To do that, here is a video with instructions on how to set a custom size for your PDF (for Windows). https://youtu.be/88zGkQunC6o

THANK YOU!!  I really appreciate this.  As this is my second wedding, I am keeping it real personal and want to use my daughter/mothers artwork throughout. I didnt realize all the ins and outs of how to make this happen.  Again, thank you so much!
