HERRAMIENTA de MANO

Cuando estoy trabajando un proyecto se activa la herramienta MANO (sin haberla activado) y no me deja cambiar a otra aplicacion. He salido del programa y vuelto a cargar pero el problema muchas veces persiste y en otras ocasiones se soluciona, pero es bastante molesto. Mi plataforma es MAC
