When I decrease the keyword increment, it moves one pixel, but it still doesn't touch the line. Even when I decrease it further to 0.01 pixel, it passes over the line instead of touching it. How can I make it touch the line?

Is any snapping turned in the View menu? Snap to Pixel or Snap to grid?

yes they are checked.

You need Snap to point, but not the other 2
