High Demand Error while using Text to Vector in Illustrator

Hello,

 

I bought the Adobe a few days ago but the AI generation tool doesn't work. I tried yesterday and it didn't work and I tried to use it the whole day today and still not working. Has someone else experienced the same issue that I do?

Sorry about this issue! A few other users have reported similar behavior, but mostly with previous versions. Could you please confirm which version of Illustrator you're using? If you haven’t updated to the latest version (29.3.1) yet, I’d recommend doing so and trying again.

 

If the issue persists, could you share a few more details?

  • Operating system you're working on
  • Does this happen with a specific prompt, or have you tried different prompts?
  • Have you tested it with a new file?

Hi Srishti!

My Illustrator version is 29.3.1.

Operating system is Windows 11.
I tried different ones, all with the same error.
Yes, i tested it with the a new files.

Hello Anubhav,

Yes, this problem still exists, and I also have a problem where I get a "Connection Interrupted" error message from Adobe Express, and Adobe Creative Cloud says that I am not connected to the internet, and Adobe keeps giving me the error "Failed to connect to Adobe servers (error code 510)" (I'm not opening it from a browser, but from the desktop application).

Hello @dripOne,

While I check this with the team would you mind confirming if the problem persists when using a different Wi-Fi network/connection? Also, if you have any VPN/Antivirus software enabled try disabling it temporarily and then relaunch Illustrator to check if it helps.
