How can I find conflicting hotkeys?

Hello...

Mac OS X.  12.2.1

Illustrator...  26.0.1

I want to set "Show All" to a specific hotkey... and illustrator accepts my key combination... which is shift+Opt+cmd+2.

If I hide an object and then  try to execute the hotkey nothing happens.

So i figure there is a conflict somewhere.  either the OS is using it or some other piece of software but how do I find it?  I cannot find it anywhere.  Is there a way to search for hotkey commands?

I've ready flipped through my system preferences hotkeys and cannot find any conflicts.  This is maybe more of an Mac OSX

I haven't used it myself, but there's a utility called CheatSheet that will list all key commands for all apps on your Mac.

Is the Show All command not already assigned Opt+Cmd+3?
