How can i rotate and scale same time in illustrator

Hi I,m using CorelDraw for 11 to 12 years. When i click twice at any object in CorelDraw Rotation Handle activate. and i rotate and scale any kind of object at same time while pressing Shift key and in illustrator i tried to use this option but i find nothing. Can you help me in this problem?
