How can I see Diacritic Positioning Rules in Illustrator cs6 Middle East

Hello,

I installed adobe illustrator cs6 middle east and InDesign cs6 middle east version. InDesign is perfect, but I have a problem in my Illustrator that I can't see Diacritic Positioning Rules option. Please see my attached screenshots.

It is right there at the bottom of the Character panel, not on its own panel like InDesign.

If you're referring to the drop menu you highlighted in purple then Illustrator doesn't have it.
