I'm not sure I understand corectly but it's probabli isn't possible.

You can use Obejct Menu and thats it all

To enable Blend > Make, you must have 2 or more eligible objects selected.

To enable Blend > Release, Expand, Replace Spine, Reverse Spine, and Reverse Front to Back, you must have a live Blend selected.
