How come page down in illustrator only moves half a screen

In Photoshop when I Page Down through a document it moves an entire screen, but in illustrator it looks like it only moves half a screen.  Is there any way to change this?

    Ever Adobe app differs on this. InCopy seems to be the best documented and has most options

    InCopy Help | Default keyboard shortcuts

    Unfortunately you cannot adjust on Illustrator, to the best of my knowledge. You can do the opposite by doing an option page key to move in smaller increments. or option command with the page keys  to move in small horizontal increments.

    But try the other modifiers in your version as you may have different results.
