How did this get curcuit?

The shortcut [Shift] + [H] may have been pressed by mistake. This activates the Rotate view tool. The view is then rotated during the next activity in the workspace.
Don't worry.
Double-clicking on the tool in the toolbar resets the rotation of the view back to 0°.
