I am having a serious problem with CC2017 Illustrator - it is not working, "new" documents does not work . Yet, I cannot chat with or phone Adobe customer support because I am a student.
When Adobe was producing the Creative Suites I could easily chat or call them, and they were very helpful, - now I cannot do either.
Is there any way for a poor college student to talk, or chat with, a real person at Adobe (it is apparently "not permitted" under my student plan)?
