How do I contact Adobe?

Does anyone know how to contact Adobe? I seem to be going around in a loop where there are no actual contact options (email, phone, etc.)...

 

Adobe is telling me it is going to close my account, but every time I go to resolve that issue the website throws errors! 😕😕
