How do I edit the text or numbers in Adobe Stock SVGs?

I downloaded several Adobe Stock illustrations that contain text or numbers, but all text or numbers is as outline and it's not editable.

How do I edit them in Illustrator?

Hi. You need to create a new text and remove the old one.

Marliton is correct. The reason that the text is not editable is because stock illustrations never contain editable text.
