How do I export with the center mark as Origin?

I created my artwork with specific dimensions/boundaries. The rulers start at the upper left corner. It exports from this point, but I want to export it with the center mark as origin. I have tried making the x-y values both zero and it still imports into my CAD program off center (at the ruler origin). How can I originate everything around the center?

Does dragging from the top left intersection of the rulers to the center help?

This sets the 0/0 point to the center.
