How do I get the HSB Color Picker ONLY?

How do I make HSB the default for every purpose? I don't ever want to see anything but the HSB color picker unless I ask for it.

I spend half my day clicking from CMYK to HSB. A ridiculous time-suck.

depending on the document color mode yoy get either a CMYK or RGB color picker.

But you can record an Action that selects HSB in the Color panel and assign a shortcut for it.
