Hi, I need help about Live paint mode. I have created two objects in live paint mode and I need to give part of one object behind second one in this mode. I don't know how to make it or whether it's even possible to make it. So if you have any inspirations for me I'll be very grateful. Thanks for your help.
Maybe it is simple if you choose Live Paint > Release, cut the object and paste it behind the selected pipe.

Can you select both Live Paint objects and select Merge Live Paint to make them part of the same group.

Try Adobe Illustrator "Intertwine" tool.

Intertwine does not work with Live paint. Unless you make them symbols forst, but then they aren't easily editable anymore - only in isolation mode.

I tried to hide another part of my object. I have tried to mark a part of my object which I want to put behind another (hide), so I have used Pathfinder -> Minus Front, but it doesn't work, so I tried Clipping mask, but the part of object which I want to hide stayed visible and the rest of object is unvisible.

As Ton already wrote the animal and the pipe need to be in the same Live Paint group. In this case there's no point in making multiple groups.

Or maybe instead of Live Paint > Release, Live Paint > Expand.

I'm glad for your advice. It finally works. I didn't think of this simple way how to do it.
