How do I remove a shadow in Illustrator CS4?

I need to take a shadow off a vector graphic in Illustrator CS4, is there a way of doing this?

the posts above should resolve your problem, but the artwork is so simple you can probably direct select ever color shape, copy them, delete everything and paste the clean shapes back on.
