How do I use adobe creative cloud apps if I'm traveling for a month on a laptop

I will have very sketchy wifi throughout a month long trip. How do I use photoshop CC, Illustrator and Indesign for MAC

Mac High Sierra 10.13.6

Mac Pro lap top (2nd computer using Adobe creative cloud CC wifi subscription)

Can you download the actual applications from Adobe or is it always wifi connection access?

You can use your Adobe Apps without being connected to the internet. Your Creative Cloud app just needs to check in with the Adobe servers once in a while. You might get a propt asking you to sign-in while your on your trip and in that case, you will need to be connected to Wifi for a short time.
