How do you break words in paragraph?

I want my writings to be like:

Hi, How ar

e you doi

ng? Fine, t

hank you.

But the default illustrator is like :

Hi, How are

you doing?

Fine, thank

you.

I know what Im trying to do is gramatically wrong, but I have to write whole bunch of ingredients and components for a package box and the words are SO LONG that there are too much ugly gaps in it.  I have to break the words in paragraph.
