There's no clear way of canceling the subscription at all on the website. On top of it, my subscription was renewed "before 30-days". WHY?? Aren't you supposed to ask if I want to renew? And before the 30 day cycle is complete, you just go ahead and charge my credit card without authorization? A monthly plan means a monthly plan!
And where's the "cancel subscription" button??
Adobe live chat support isn't working either, so no other way to contact anyone at Adobe.

I am having similar issues I can get through to chat it just thanks me for my patience and says 1 minutes to wait. It's been about an hour. Please help the manahe account sends me on a loop.

This is no help. according to our account we have no plan.
We have been trying to cancel for over a year, our bank cards have been renewed and we did not autorise payment, but you still found away to update our payment.
Help we want out.
