How I will use manifest.xml file for creating the UI in C++ plugin.

Have the any idea ?

The docs describe all the settings available for the manifest file. You need to create the UI using HTML, CSS and JS.

This file is only used for HTML extensions packaging / creation. (extension manifest).

This file is useless for c++ plugins.
