Hi,

I want to reduce the Canvas size in illustrator. I do not mean Artboard Size, by Canvas , I mean the grey background where artboards on it.

I know I can not increase the canvas size, I want to reduce the size.

Thank you.

Is the grey background simply a nuisance? If so, then you could go to Illustrator Preferences, choose "User interaface", then change your brightness color from gray to white canvas color.

What you're describing is zooming into the artwork. You're not increasing or reducing its dimensions.

Hello Monica,

I thought she / he was referring to zooming in and out. Perhaps I was wrong.
