Is it better to work in RGB or CMYK? ( as a Fashion Designer, CADS)
and how do i syncronise my colour matching so i get consistent colour? ( it says something about Adobe Bridge)
can someone advise how i should have my settings please? to avoid colours changing. which i have experienced today and i think its due to my colour settings.
please can someone advise. really appreciate it.
Thanks.

The best color mode for you depends on your workflow, output methods, customers.
Same goes for the color profiles
But I would set the policies in RGB to preserve the document color mode
And in CYMK to the Safe workflow.
And then: you need to learn and understand color management. It won't go away. There are trainigs available on LinkedIn (not free) and there are books.

Color management won't go away. You need to understand the concept and learn how to use it. There are several aspects in it that nobody else can decide for you, but you have to make an informed decision based on your workflow, so it's essential that you know how it works.
The good thing is: it works the same basically in all apps.

There is some information about color management available in Adobe Help. https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/color.html
But it's very limited.
Just in case you can read German, there is a a free book available that gives you a very good foundation, but I don't know of a comparable source in English.
There is a color management forum in this community. Maybe they can point you to a good and free learning source: https://community.adobe.com/t5/color-management/ct-p/ct-Color-Management?page=1&sort=latest_replies&...
