I believe Canva uses RGB and the code is #00F7FF.

Just remember, your bright cyan RGB colour is out of gamut for other processes, so if your intent is to use your work only for the screen, that's okay, but if you intend to print this, you cannot achieve that colour in CMYK, and in fact, what you were seeing before is the closest CMYK version of it. It's always a good idea to "soft proof " what your colours will look like on a CMYK device: ...
Under View > Proof Setup, select the Working CMYK profile (this is set in your Color Settings... I just used US Web Coated as an example). Turn on Proof Colors. You can then see what you can possibly achieve on a printed page.
This would have happened in Canva as well. If you had printed that Canva document, it would have dulled down as well.
