How to add fonts? They're not showing up in AI

I'm trying to add this font to use in Adobe Illustrator. I've attatched the font I''m using to this thread. I've added it in Adobe Creative Cloud.

But when I look in active fonts, it's not there.

It doesn't show up anywhere in Illustrator. What am I doing wrong??

Did you install it "For all users"?
