I want to add logos of different companies, the images are the one with pixelated background when i paste them in the app the background turns black. I want only the text and design of the logo.I have added an image for example.

I'd still advise placing rather than pasting, if linked file is edited it can be updated rather than having to paste again.

@Ketan385408537zsx  I know you tried a different way of copying and pasting. May I suggest the next time if you need a logo such as Micron or any other one, do a Google search but add the words 'SVG' to it. What Google will do for example, it will give you options for 'micron logo svg' and you can actually get a vector file of the logo. The file would be a much crisper file than ever than a image file.  And the file would be quite small....see how big that SVG file is 4KB

Transparent areas of PNGs turn Black in apps which don't support transparency, placing should be best way to get them into Illustrator

Turns out there was a problem with the image, used a different image and copy pasting only did the trick. Thanks for the help anyway😄.

Do you copy and paste them from Photoshop?

Did you try to use File > Place to get them into your Illustrator document?
