How to change default "Save As" dialog checked box options in Illustrator

Participant ,

I was wondering if it's possible to change the default check boxes in the "Save As" dialog box in Illustrator after creating a new file?

See attached files for what I mean, they are named for default and desired settings.

The desired settings apply to a situation that I use more than the default settings, so it would be nice to have that just come up without having to uncheck those boxes everytime.

Hello Emac_trademark,

As of now, there isn't a direct way to change the default checkboxes in the "Save As" dialog box in Illustrator after creating a new file. However, I understand that having the ability to set custom default settings would be beneficial for your workflow.

I recommend sharing your feedback and feature request on our Illustrator UserVoice platform. The product and engineering teams actively monitor this platform for user suggestions and may consider implementing changes based on user feedback.

Here is the link to the Adobe Illustrator UserVoice: Adobe Illustrator UserVoice

Feel free to submit your request and upvote similar ideas from other users. This helps prioritize features based on user demand.

If you have any more questions or if there's anything else I can assist you with, please let me know!

Best,

Anshul Saini
