How to change the size of an image in pixels?

I have an image in an AI file.

I would like to save this image as a 50 pixel high image (I don't care about its width).

How do I do this?

Set your units to Pixels (or Points) and scale the image to 50 pixels high.

Export as png with 72 ppi resolution.

Is this image the whole illustrator page, completely filling your design? What size is it in inches/cm?
