How to create 3D Illusion Images like this?

Hello,

I recently purchased a laser engraver and want to create an image like the attached. I'm not sure if this was created using a variety of vector images or some AI Generator software. However, my goal is to create these type images using illustrator or any other recommended Adobe software. Thanks.

It looks like that you can, only not sure if you need a secondary program to get that nice detail.

Using Illustrator that would require serious photorealism techniques, like gradient mesh etc

creating the shadows would be the next tricky part.

I would rather use Photoshop. And either take photos of the objects or create them in either also Photoshop or in Illustrator, 3D apps etc.
