Question

How to create stop-motion style animation of illustration coming together

Hi! I just finished a collage in Illustrator, and I want to create a stop-motion style animation where the items in each layer appear sequentially with even timing like they do in the reference video (attached).

What's the best approach to accomplish this in Illustrator or any compatible tools?

Any tips for exporting or setting up the layers for animation would be greatly appreciated!

Assuming you have the end state on one artboard.

Put that artboard at the edge of the document.

Duplicate to the other side (exactly horizontal or vertical)

Create a couple of artboards in-between in identical distances

Make the copy chaotic: Object > Transform > Transform each would to

Then this: https://youtu.be/ONnY9_SwQQs

Get those PNGs into Photoshop, make a movie.

Yhis can be done in Photoshop or Adobe Animate. Adobe Animate is animation tool.

Hey Ares! I separated each object onto a separate layer, then imported them into Animate, but now I am stuck. Do you have any advice on how to proceed? Thanks in advance!

Previously I find interesting option to use Blend and Pupet Warp in Illistrator for creating animation. This can be helful for you.
