Hi community, I have an educational blog: https://www.4ono.com and I want to create an SVG logo for this site with its name. I have created PNG of '4ono' but I couldn't make it proper SVG with high resolution. Here is the PNG logo:

You need to go from vector to pixel not the inverse. recreate your logo in Illustrator and save from there in the different formats.
