The graph you are looking for is not standard available, but can be made quite easily with combining 2 charts. If you want, we can get you started and help you creating this chart.

I was able to create a chart similiar to this using the multi bar charts, but mine is horizontal. Make column designs, creating the design to align to the middle of the bars, first overlaps the next.
The elements to the left of the artboard are the column designs. When you see the frame edges you can see its actually a multi bar chart, but the end result looks more like a slider chart.
