I'm struggling to create this pattern in AI. I've tried to use Blend and Distort Envelope but can't achive the same look as this example. I appreciate it if anyone could give any support on this!

This looks like a blend along a custom spine. Like this:

Uses Object > Blend > Make

Object > Blend > Expand

Object > Ungroup

Window > Align (in order to set a base object for adjusting the distance, just click on it)
