How to deactivate/ disable / turn off Contextual Task Bar in Illustrator

How can I deactivate the Contextual Task Bar of my illustrator, it is annoying to be looking at it floating there for me it is annoying I should see an option to deactivate or activate to the user's liking

Window > Contextual task bar. Just remove the checkmark

The pencil tool soften contextual bar not only appears even if I uncheck the Windows> Context Bar , it appears IN THE CENTER of the screen.

Please correct this as soon as possible or at least pin it like Photoshop. It´s incredibly annoying.

(Does your development teams for different tools not exchange features?)
