how to expand 3d object into vector

my question is how to expand 3d object (made from 3d and materials) into vector (now is image)
and it's also not a good way to rasterize the object  then trace image ..

and there is no 3D and Materials classic  in illustrator's latest version (27.2, 27.1.1...)

so how??

The 3D and Materials has some options to expand to vector, but it is not easy to edit afterwards. The Classic version should be still there:
