How to fix this an unknown error has occurred?
I’m having trouble opening ai — it keeps displaying an error. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix it?

Have you already rebooted the computer?
Reset the preferences?
Or even uninstalled, ran the Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstalled?
