How to get texture

Hello, does anyone know how I can get the same type of texture on the text in this picture

I want the same texture on the text that is shown in the picture above, on the picture down below.

Any help will be highly appreciated!

You could use the plastic wrap effect..?

I just copied your graphic and then selected the purple and added a plastic wrap effect to it...

You can obviuosly add more detail to it...

Can I use that effect and then make the color more matte?

You will just have to have a play around with it to get your desired effect/colour/etc.

Will the plastic effect change the color aswell? Is there an effect that makes the color matte?
