How to get the 'keyboard increments' working?

Nothing changes when I type new smaller numbers / values in 'keyboard increments.'

I looked at some old illustartor CC tips but none of them helped.

(Ps. how to reduce the 'alignment' as well?).

Shit, I saw that 'Snap to pixel' advice in some older Illustrator comments, but I thought it ment 'Snap to Point' (in 'Preferences').

Under the 'view', of course

Hi! I am having the same problem, but my snap to pixel is turned on, but the increments are still not changing. Is there another way to troubleshoot this?

Turn Snap to Pixel off.
