Illustrator doesn't have an Inner Shadow at all. So everything would be a workaound.

Can you please show an example of how exactly you want this to look like?

Hendy,is this what you had in mind???

 

Here I am working with Live Type.

With your Text Tool, set your type and give it a Fill color.

Switch to your Selection Tool (black arrow).

Effect>Stylize>Inner Glow.

Change Mode to Multiply and give it a dark color.

 

You will see in your Appearance Panel, Inner Glow Fx has been added.
