How to install Arial Bold font, not in find fonts

Long time photoshop user, new to AI. Creative cloud, Win10.

For science figures we frequently use Arial bold (or italic). These are missing and are not in find fonts. I have looked for ways to install fonts and the "add fonts" is even missing.

This is a frequently used font for figures and if it cannot be added, back to ppt

If you have that font and you are allowed to use it outside MS applications, you could try to install it into a folder that you name Fonts inside the Illustrator application folder.
