incidentally, i just downloaded a random brush set as a test, and it wasn't an actual brush library, just a set of objects in an illustrator file. if that's what you have, you'd need to build a library from them by dragging them to the brush palette and then saving it as a library.

open them (if they're actually a brush library) from the brushes palette menu > Open brush library

if they're not, open them in AI and see what you actually have.

are you asking where Adobe Stock puts files once you download them? as far as i can tell it just puts things in whatever your default downloads folder is.

You can also open the .ai file that contains the brushes from the Brushes Panel > Other Library.

The .ai file will open as a brush library.

What exactly do you have?

A file that already has brushes? Or are there just shapes that you want to create as brushes?

What exactly do you want it to be?

Do you want those brushes inside your working file? All new files you create? Or do you want to integrate them into an existing library that you regularly use? Or into the CC library?

Hi, I have brush files I have downloaded, for example sets of watercolour brushes. I want them in a library I can go to all the time without having to reload them in every new document I create. In the end I would like a library folder for all my brushes I have downloaded that I can access easily. Can I do this ? Can I use brushes direct from my library , like using them from the brush pallet ?

You can save a custom library and then make this library permanent, so it appears every time you start Illustrator.

I would not save them permanents into all of your files (by saving them to a document profile or a template). This would blow up file size unnecessarily.

See this about libraries:
