How to make this marker effect on Illustrator?

Hello, I saw this marker effect on Internet. I searched the internet but could'nt managed to find a proper way to create this marker effect. Could you please advise?

Don't save it as EPS. Save it as AI with PDF compatibility. Then place into InDesign. Make sure in the import options that background is transparent. Then transparency will be preserved.

Looks like a Brush stroke was used, maybe from the Artistic_ChalkCharcoalPensil set.
