how to open CC illustrator without internet connection

i installed creative cloud on my computer with proper licence. but i can't get internet connection regularly. but when ever i launch my creative cloud without internet, it shows "there is no internet connection". please help me to fix this problem.

Thanks for reaching out. You can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license for a limited period. The apps attempt to validate your software license every 30 days. You receive a reminder to reconnect to the Internet to validate your license.
