So, basically I've applied an effect to the whole layer by going to ..Effect -Distort and transform-transform .

So ,now this effect is being applied to each object that I create on the layer but now I want to remove it .

But how can I remove it??

In the Layers panel, select the little circle to the right of the layer name. This selects the appearance for the layer. Then, in the Appearance panel, select and delete the effect.

Or when you have selected something on that layer, look at the Appearnce Panel.

At the top you will see Layer with an fx icon. Double click that layer item, the effects will show and you can delete them.
