How to remove bottom spacing from ai object

Hi I have an ai file that I am saving as an SVG for my website.  The problem is that this file has some space under the trolley that when saving becomes slightly smaller as an image than the rest of the icons I have.

If I try to move the bottom the rest of it moves with it.

Is there a way to shift the bounding box up without it scaling the whole icon?

I did google this and the answer was quite confusing.  One answer said not possible as the bounding box is intrinsic to the object but others said it was possible in the latest versions by adding a rect

Can you show us some screen shots and maybe outlined view as well.. this will help when seeing what you have to work with and what we can suggest to fix it.
