How to send "error unknown" files to adobe from my adobe illustrator art?

I was not making brushes from any source other than the usual way in
illustrator. I have been using this ai generated art from an app called
Wonder. I like the images and the short amount of time they generate text
to image. I tried Firefox and I don't like the results. Since I started
using this Wonder app, as a reference, I have continually gotten an unknown
error while trying to create my art. I have used Illustrator for at least
10 years. I have never had any issues at all. I don't think this is just a
coincidence. I have brought photos, etc into Illustrator and never had
issues. I believe the problem lies with the Wonder app. I bring the Wonder
art into photoshop first, change it to a .jpg and reduce the size. I've
tried pdf. I've tried png. Nothing works. The reason why I brought up
making brushes was because I was going through a familiar exercise and the
unknow error popped up. I have a subscription, pay monthly. I don't know if
I should stop my subscription and maybe resubscribe? I don't know. I'm just
an artist, not a technical person. I have made many mandalas prior, some
complicated. No ai elements involved. No problem. It has to be this Wonder
app.
