how to straight figures

Hello everybody , so my problem is that everytime I am putting a figure like square or copying some other objects or line that I drew it comes uneven , it has to look straight but no , it looks like I tilted it. I already searched for any help in youtube or google with that but no answer. I will be really thankful if somebody knows what to do in that situation.

That's how it appears if you draw a square with the rectangle tool?

Check Preferences > General > Constrain Angle. If it's not set to zero, correct it.
