How can undo this action? 

How that f.. is this action even included in the program. Just lost a lot of work!!!!

I'm using that function regularly.

You might want to edit the shortcuts and delete the shortcut from the command.

Yeah I know that's the way to go now. But for a first time user, this function is just stupid

The software is targeted at professional users. And so is its user interface. It's expeted that first time users read the documentation and also read every bit of information the software throws at you. E.g. that warning that Ton posted above.
