How to use Editable vector text effects from Adobe Stock

I have downloaded a editable text effect and am trying to change the text. When in layers, each part of this is is its own group of objects/vectors, however there doen't seem to be a text layer to retype a new word in which the effect will be applied to. I can't seem to find any direct answers though. See the image of the effect that I have downloaded.

The text may not be editable as text. However, you should be able to convert to outlines and edit the letterforms.

@jshinn1914 Honestly, the first thing I would do is figure out the actual font used in the graphic. Often, the Adobe Stock page or the graphic's description will name the font. If not, you can use a font identifier tool like WhatTheFont or What Font Is by uploading a cropped image of one of the letters. Once you know the font name, you'll need to find where to buy it and install it on your computer. Hopfeully, it's an an Adobe Font! Or Google Font! After installing the font, you can type your desired text in Illustrator. Then, you would manually recreate the visual effects from the downloaded vector file, such as the 3D extrusion, the highlight, and the specific color palette. You would use tools like the "Effect > 3D > Extrude & Bevel" in Illustrator, or create multiple layers with different colors and offsets to build the 3D look.

Prsonally, I don't want to download the font, so hopefully there is a name from the Adobe Font Creator. If not, the next step but painful and tedious, is "copy and paste" the individual letter shapes from the downloaded vector file. For example, if the graphic has the letter 'O' and you need to spell "COOKIE," you would copy the 'C', 'O', 'O', 'K', 'I', and 'E' shapes and arrange them to form your word.

Thank you for the response. I thought what i was downloading would be as easy as retyping a text layer as some are.

I like the idea of just using each letter as a copy and paste to form the new text. I may try that

Is there anything in the Graphic styles panel?

This is not advertised as a text effect on Adobe Stock. But as "Vintage 3D alphabet font". 

Truth is: it's not a font wither. Those are lettershapes. In order to do typesetting with them, you need to either make the font yourself or move those shapes around. For the distorted version: apply an envelope.

To make this into a font for free you could check out FontForge ,which might not be easy to use. easier applications/plugins would not be free.
