How to Verify the Correct Color Profile in Ai

Hi, 

For a project I am working on, I am required to use a specific color profile (PSO Uncoated v3 (FOGRA52)).
How can I double-check if it is being used in the current file? If I am not wrong, this can be done from the assigned profile setting. However, I am a bit unsure which is the correct option between option 2 and 3. They both seem to be the same thing.

The Working CMYK profile is the one from your color settings.

The one shown at Profile shows the one for the open document.

If both are the same (as in your screendump) everything is OK.

In your example you don't need to change or select anything. The working and the document profile are the same.
